Common use of Limitations on Distributions Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Distributions. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Partnership, and the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership, shall not be required to make a distribution to a Partner on account of its interest in the Partnership if such distribution would violate Section 17-607 of the Act or any other applicable law.
