Limitations on Distributions. (a) Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, no distributions shall be made except pursuant to Article IV or Article VIII. (b) Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, no distribution hereunder shall be permitted if such distribution would violate Section 17-607 of the Act or other applicable law.
