Limitations on Dividends and Distributions. (a) The Company shall make no dividend or other distributions to the Members except as provided in this Article 5 and Section 14 hereof. (b) A Member may not receive dividends or other distributions from the Company to the extent such dividend or other distribution is inconsistent with, or in violation of, the Act or any provision of this Amended Agreement.
