Limitations On Duties And Actions Of Agent. The Agent shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Lenders in all matters set out in Section 2, but shall not have any duties or responsibilities except those expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents except that the Agent shall not be bound by any duties or responsibilities set forth in any Loan Document entered into after the date hereof that are more burdensome to the Agent than those set forth herein or in the Loan Documents as in effect on the date hereof. The Agent shall not be liable for any action taken or omitted by it, or any action suffered by it to be taken or omitted, excepting only its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
