Limitations on Duties of Trustee. (a) Unless a Notice of Acceleration is in effect, the Trustee shall be obligated to perform such duties and only such duties as are specifically set forth in this Agreement, and no implied covenants or obligations shall be read into this Agreement against the Trustee. If and so long as a Notice of Acceleration is in effect, the Trustee shall exercise the rights and powers vested in it by this Agreement, and shall not be liable with respect to any action taken by it, or omitted to be taken by it, in accordance with the direction of the Required Secured Parties or directions given to the Trustee pursuant to Section 5.06(b).
