Limitations on Duties of Trustee. (a) Unless a Notice of -------------------------------------- Acceleration is in effect, the Trustee shall be obligated to perform such duties and only such duties as are specifically set forth in this Trust Agreement and the Trust Security Documents, and no implied covenants or obligations shall be read into this Trust Agreement or any Trust Security Document against the Trustee. If and so long as a Notice of Acceleration is in effect, the Trustee may, subject to the provisions of subsection 2.5(b), exercise the rights and powers vested in the Trustee by this Trust Agreement and the Trust Security Documents, and shall not be liable with respect to any action taken, or omitted to be taken, in accordance with the direction of the Required Secured Parties or (with respect to actions in respect of the Other Collateral or the Other Collateral Sub-Account) the Required Other Collateral Secured Parties.

If and so long as a Notice of Acceleration Default is in effect, the Collateral Trustee mayshall, subject to the provisions of subsection Section 2.5(b), exercise the rights and powers vested in the Collateral Trustee by this Trust Agreement and the Trust Security Documents, and shall not be liable (other than as a result of its own gross negligence or willful misconduct) with respect to any action taken, or omitted to be taken, in accordance with the direction of the Required Secured Parties or (with respect to actions in respect of the Other Collateral or the Other Collateral Sub-Account) the Required Other Collateral Secured PartiesDOE.
