Limitations on Issuance of Additional Partnership Securities. Except as otherwise specified in this Section 5.7, the issuance of Partnership Securities pursuant to Section 5.6 shall be subject to the following restrictions and limitations: (a) No fractional Units shall be issued by the Partnership.
