LIMITATIONS ON NON-SOLICITATION. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary the Non-Solicitation provision set forth in Section 8.4(a): (i) will not become operative until the Buyer delivers a Financing Commitment to the Sellers; and (ii) will terminate and be of no force and effect after September 30, 2000.
