LIMITATIONS ON OWNERSHIP RIGHTS. The parties agree and acknowledge that each shall have the same right as any person or party with regard to any material incorporated in the Licensed Product(s), Other Materials, Programs, or Audio-Visual Displays which is in the public domain (provided that it has not entered into the public domain as the result of an act or omission in breach of this Agreement or any other written agreement by or between the parties hereto).
