Limitations on Powers of the Members. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 4.1 or any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Members shall not be empowered to, and shall not (i) undertake any act in violation of this Agreement; (ii) possess or take title to any assets of the Company; or (iii) take any action that makes it illegal or impossible for the Company to carry on its business.
