If all or part of the Daily Quantity Purchased or Sold by the Storage Facility Manager results from Special Situations, the overrun quantities are purchased or sold at the Reference Price for the Day in question. However, the previous paragraph only applies to the period starting on the Day during which the alleged event or circumstance is declared to the Customer, until the Day immediately following the Day on which that event concluded. If this period exceeds ten (10) days, the Parties agree to meet to examine what follow-up action to take in respect of that event or circumstance.
