Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.1 to the contrary, in no event will the Company be required to (i) effect, in the aggregate, more than two registrations pursuant to this Section 2.1 or (ii) effect more than one registration pursuant to this Section 2.1 within the twelve-month period occurring immediately subsequent to the effectiveness (within the meaning of Section 2.1(d)) of a registration statement filed pursuant to this Section 2.1.
