Limitations on Registration on Request. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 1.1 to the contrary, except as provided in the following sentence, in no event will the Company be required to (i) effect, in the aggregate, more than three (3) registrations pursuant to this Section 1.1 or (ii) effect a registration pursuant to this Section 1.1 within the six (6)-month period occurring immediately subsequent to the effectiveness (within the meaning of Section 1.1(d)) of a registration statement filed pursuant to this Section 1.1. Each holder, as of the date hereof, of more than 10% of the Registrable Securities shall be entitled to demand at least one registration pursuant to this Section 1.1 and provided further that any registration in which the number of securities to be sold by any selling shareholder are limited pursuant to Section 1.1(f) shall not count as a registration for purposes of this Section 1.1(h). For purposes of this Section, the Purchasers shall be treated as a single holder.
