Limitations on Remedies and Damages. 15.1 This Agreement is entered into solely for the benefit of CenterPoint and SCO Supplier and is not intended and should not be deemed to vest any rights, privileges or interests of any kind or nature in any third party, including, but not limited to the SCO Customers and DSS Customers that SCO Supplier supplies under this Agreement.
