Limitations on Remedies Under Subordinated Debt Documents. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of any Subordinated Debt Document, the occurrence or continuation of any Default or Event of Default of any kind whatsoever under or with respect to any of the Senior Debt Documents shall not constitute a "default" or an "event of default" under any of the Subordinated Debt Documents.
