Limitations on Representations and Warranties. Without prejudice to any of the other rights of the parties, the Seller will not be in breach of any representation or warranty as a result of a change in law by means of any legislative enactment, constitutional amendment or voter initiative (if subsequently authorized). THE SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT BILLED SECURITIZATION CHARGES WILL BE ACTUALLY COLLECTED FROM CUSTOMERS AND NO REPRESENTATION THAT AMOUNTS COLLECTED WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO MEET THE OBLIGATIONS ON THE SECURITIZATION BONDS.
