Limitations on Subaward Sums. 5.7.3.1 Subrecipient shall not be paid for any Subaward expenditures that exceed the Maximum Subaward Sum. County has no obligation, whatsoever, to pay for any expenditures that exceed the Maximum Subaward Sum. Any expenditures that exceed the Maximum Subaward Sum shall become the sole fiscal responsibility of Subrecipient.
