Limitations on Subcontractors. Vendor is prohibited from using a platform other than its own and herein approved to provide the Services. No Services provided hereunder shall be delivered using the platform, software, website, or online or mobile application operated by an entity other than Vendor that would otherwise be an “Operator” itself.
