Limitations on the General Partner. The General Partner shall not: (i) do any act in contravention of any applicable law or regulation or any provision of this Agreement; and (ii) possess Partnership property for other than a Partnership purpose.

Limitations on the General Partner. The General Partner shall not: (ia) do any act in contravention of any applicable law or regulation regulation, or any provision of this Agreement; and; (iib) possess Partnership property for other than a Partnership purpose; (c) admit any Person as a general partner of the Partnership except as permitted under Section 2.11 or Section 2.12 of this Agreement or the Act; and (d) admit any Person as a Limited Partner except as permitted under Section 3.02 and ARTICLE IX of this Agreement or the Act.
