Limitations on the grant. 3.3.1 The Parties expressly agree that subject to the provisions of the SFM Agreement, any rights in relation to any Station Area shall be granted to the Facility Manager only and exclusively for the purposes of implementation of the SFM Project as set forth hereunder.
