Limitations on the Rights of the Members. Subject to any mandatory requirements of applicable law, no Member (in its capacity as a Member) has the right to take any part whatsoever in the management and control of the ordinary business of the Company, sign for or bind the Company, compel a sale or appraisal of Company assets or sell or assign its Interest in the Company except as provided in this Agreement.
