Limitations on Transfer of Stock. In addition to any other limitation on transfer created by applicable securities laws, Participant shall not assign, hypothecate, donate, encumber or otherwise dispose of the Shares or any interest in the Shares issued pursuant to this RSA Agreement except in compliance with the provisions of the Bylaws, the Company’s then current Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy, and applicable securities laws.
