LIMITATIONS ON TRANSFER OF THE COMMON STOCK. In addition to any other limitation on transfer created by applicable securities laws, you shall not transfer, sell, assign, hypothecate, donate, encumber, or otherwise dispose of any interest in the Common Stock while such shares of Common Stock are Unvested Shares or continue to be held in the Joint Escrow. After any Common Stock has been released from the Joint Escrow, you shall not transfer, sell, assign, hypothecate, donate, encumber, or otherwise dispose of any interest in the Common Stock except in compliance with the provisions herein and applicable securities laws.
