Limitations on use/Phase out of APOSTROPHE ▇▇▇▇. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties further agree that with regard to the APOSTROPHE trademark: 1) that LE’s use shall be limited to its current use as a title of its quarterly, on-line only, newsletter; and 2) that LE shall discontinue all use of the APOSTROPHE trademark upon termination or expiration of the Service Period.
