Limitations on Utilisation Clause Samples
Limitations on Utilisation. Each of the Acquisition Facility, Delayed Draw Facility 1, Delayed Draw Facility 2 and any Additional Revolving Facility established on or prior to the Closing Date shall not be utilised unless Facility B has been or is at the same time being utilised.
Limitations on Utilisation. The Facilities may only be utilised on the Closing Date and only if the Facilities are utilised simultaneously by way of a single Utilisation Request as set out in Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Limitations on Utilisation. (a) Facility B1 may only be utilised on or prior to the Closing Date.
(b) Facility B2 may not be utilised unless Facility B1 has been utilised or will be utilised at the same time.
Limitations on Utilisation. (a) The Parent acknowledges and agrees that Paradigm Geophysical LLC may only utilise Facility 13 and the Ancillary Facility in order to request the issue of a Letter of Credit for $250,000 (or such other amount as the Agent may agree) in favour of RaiffeisenBank Austria, Moscow.
(b) Only the Parent may borrow under Facility A.
(c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Borrowers acknowledge and agree that the aggregate amount of the Loans made and Letters of Credit issued under Facility B will not exceed $10,000,000 at any time without the prior written consent of the Lenders.
