Limitations to Payments. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) payments of Accrued Amounts are not subject to the Cap and shall be payable as provided in Section 2.5(b), and (ii) except as set forth in Section 2.4, any amounts payable under this Agreement that are not paid due to the Cap shall not be applied to another year.
