Common use of Limitations to Use Clause in Contracts

Limitations to Use. No more than two (2) employees of a classification may use personal leave on a given day. Employees may only use one (1) personal day after April 15 of each school year. However, the Superintendent may, at his discretion, waive either of these limitations upon the request of an employee. The decision of waiver of the Superintendent shall not be subject to grievance.
