Limitations Upon Discovery. The discovery taken by each party shall be limited as set forth below, except that the parties may agree to modify these limitations, and absent an agreement, the Arbitrator may upon motion by a party which demonstrates a compelling need for additional discovery, expand these discovery limitations.
