Limitations Upon Payment. Except as expressly provided for herein, no payments shall be made by the District on account of any item of the Work, including without limitation, materials or equipment which, at the time of the Contractor's submittal of an Application for Progress Payment, has/have not been incorporated into and made a part of the Work.
