Limited Common Elements. Limited Common Elements shall be subject to the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Owner of the Unit to which the Limited Common Elements are appurtenant. The Limited Common Elements are as follows:
Limited Common Elements. Limited Common Elements shall be subject to assignment and reassignment in accordance with Section 39 of the Act and in furtherance of the rights to subdivide, consolidate or relocate boundaries described in this Article VI.
Limited Common Elements. Each Unit may have, to the extent applicable and subject to the provisions of this Declaration, as Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto:
Limited Common Elements. “Limited Common Elements” means the Common Elements reserved for the exclusive use of less than all of the Co-owners.
Limited Common Elements. The cost of maintenance, repair and replacement of all Limited Common Elements shall be borne by the Co-owners of the Unit served thereby.
Limited Common Elements. Limited Common Elements shall be for the exclusive use of the Units to which they are appurtenant as may appear on the Plat or the Plans. Ownership of the Unit and the Limited Common Elements may not be divided, and any transfer of the Unit shall include a transfer of the Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto.
Limited Common Elements. Certain facilities shall constitute Limited Common Elements as defined herein, including the following as shown on the Plat or Plans:
Limited Common Elements. Certain portions of the Common Elements may be designated as Limited Common Elements and reserved for the exclusive use or primary benefit of Lot Owners and occupants of specific Lots. By way of illustration and not limitation, Limited Common Elements may include entry features, landscaped medians and shared dri veways. All costs associated with maintenance, repair, replacement, and insurance of a Limited Common ElementshallbeassessedasaSpecialAssessment against theLotOwners towhichtheLimited Common Element area is assigned.
Limited Common Elements. (1) Docks, landings, service walks, and shoreline easements appurtenant to a Unit, all as shown on said Exhibit “C”, shall constitute Limited Common Elements for the exclusive use of the owner of such Unit.
Limited Common Elements. Limited Common Elements shall be subject to the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Co-Owners of the Units to which the limited Common Elements are appurtenant. There are currently no Limited Common Elements in the Project. Developer reserves the right to add Limited Common Elements by amendment to the Master Deed pursuant to Article 7 below.
