Common use of Limited Contractor/Manufacturer Warranty Clause in Contracts

Limited Contractor/Manufacturer Warranty. FPL, in procuring materials and equipment for the System and the installation of the System, shall use reasonable efforts to obtain customary and standard Contractor, warranties, if any, from the manufacturer of the System or the subcontractors used to install the System. Upon issuance of the Xxxx of Sale to the Customer and to the extent permitted by the Contractor or manufacturer of the System, FPL agrees to assign, to the extent assignable or transferrable, any applicable warranties to the Customer such that the Customer may be able to benefit from any such Contractor or manufacturer provided warranties obtained by FPL.
