Limited Design Services. Unless expressly provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, (i) CyberRetail shall have no obligation to provide any creative, design, technical or production services to Vendor, and (ii) the nature and extent of any such services which CyberRetail shall provide to Vendor shall be determined by CyberRetail in its sole discretion.
