Common use of Limited Disclosure Right Clause in Contracts

Limited Disclosure Right. Confidential Information may be disclosed to the extent required by court order or as otherwise required by law, provided that the Receiving Party, to the extent legally permissible, notifies the Disclosing Party promptly upon learning of the possibility of any such requirement and, to the extent legally permissible, has given the Disclosing Party a reasonable opportunity to contest or limit the scope of such required disclosure.
