Common use of Limited Effect of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Except as specifically amended herein or in the other documents executed in connection with this Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, the Loan Documents, and all other existing agreements between the parties are unaffected by this Amendment and shall continue to be binding upon Borrower, Guarantor and Bank.
