Common use of Limited Facilities Clause in Contracts

Limited Facilities. In classes where physical limitations exist as to the number of functional student work stations, every effort will be made to ensure that the number of students shall not exceed the number of functional stations nor shall it exceed the class size limits set forth above. Among such classes are art, science laboratories, typing, industrial arts, home economics, and although not listed, classes in which instruction is largely dependent upon the use of special equipment, machines or other mechanical devices or special work stations of a highly individualized nature.
