Common use of Limited Grant Clause in Contracts

Limited Grant. Except for the rights and licenses granted by Licensor under this Section 2, this Agreement does not grant to Licensee or any of its Affiliates or any other Person any right, title, or interest by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement grants by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any right, title, or interest in, or under any patents owned or controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates other than Licensed Patents. All rights, titles, and interests not specifically and expressly granted by Licensor hereunder are hereby reserved.

Limited Grant. Except for the rights and licenses granted by Licensor under this Section 22.1, this Agreement does not grant to Licensee or any of its Affiliates or any other Person any right, title, or interest interest, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Without limiting limitation of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement grants will be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any right, title, or interest in, to, or under any Licensor patents owned or controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates other than the Licensed PatentsPatents regardless of whether such other patents are dominant or subordinate to any Licensed Patent. All rights, titles, and interests not specifically and expressly granted by Licensor hereunder are hereby reserved.
