Common use of Limited Grant Clause in Contracts

Limited Grant. Except for the rights and licenses granted by Licensor under Section 2.1, this Agreement does not grant to Licensee or any other Person any right, title, or interest, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Without limitation of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any right, title, or interest in, to, or under any Licensor patents other than the Licensed Patents regardless of whether such other patents are dominant or subordinate to any Licensed Patent. All rights, titles, and interests not specifically and expressly granted by Licensor hereunder are hereby reserved.
