Limited Grant. Franchisor grants to Franchisee a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Electronic Systems. Franchisee acknowledges that the Electronic Systems may be modified, enhanced, replaced or may become obsolete, and that new Electronic Systems may be created to meet the needs of the System and continual changes in technology.
