Limited Interests. If the Interests with respect to Units held by a Member have been limited as required by Section 3.5 and such Member shall wish to Transfer, or shall have Transferred, Units in accordance with this Article 11, the limitations imposed by Section 3.5 on such Interests shall be removed only with the consent of the Board of Managers.
