Common use of Limited Liability Company Authority and Power Clause in Contracts

Limited Liability Company Authority and Power. It has, and at all times during the term of this Agreement will have, all requisite limited liability company power and authority to own its properties, to conduct its business, to execute and deliver this Agreement and all documents and transactions contemplated hereunder and to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement and any other Transaction Document to which it is a party or under the transactions contemplated hereunder or thereunder.
