Limited Liability Company Interests in Merger Sub. The limited liability company interests in Merger Sub that have been issued and are outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time shall convert into, in the aggregate, Common Units in an amount equal to the number of Common Units converted into the right to receive the Merger Consideration pursuant to Section 2.1(a).
