Limited License for Provider Trademarks. During the Term, the Provider grants to ADT a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce any logo, trademark, service mark, or name of the Product evaluated by ADT for use on the ADT Website and educational or promotional materials for ADT.
