During the Executive's employment and for a limited time thereafter, the Company must protect its legitimate business interests by limiting the Executive's ability to compete with the Company. This limited non-competition provision is drafted narrowly so as to be able to safeguard the Company's legitimate business interests while not unreasonably interfering with the Executive's ability to obtain other employment. The Company does not intend, and the Executive acknowledges, that this limited non-competition provision is not an attempt to prevent the Executive from obtaining other employment.
