Common use of Limited Obligation of the Lessee to Pay on behalf of the Lessor Clause in Contracts

Limited Obligation of the Lessee to Pay on behalf of the Lessor. To the extent the Lessee undertakes to pay any amount on behalf of any Lessor Party pursuant to any Operative Agreement, such obligation of the Lessee shall be limited only to amounts payable by such Lessor Party, as the case may be, on a non-recourse basis.
