Common use of Limited Orbis Data License Clause in Contracts

Limited Orbis Data License. As part of Moody’s licensing of Entity Verification API hereunder to Client, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Order Form, and only for so long as this Order Form is in force and effect, Client is receiving and accepting from Xxxxx’x a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access certain data from the Orbis database that is displayed by Xxxxx’x within the licensed Information and to use such data only for the purposes expressly authorized by the Agreement and this Order Form.
