Common use of Limited Partner Contribution Clause in Contracts

Limited Partner Contribution. Each Limited Partner hereby agrees to contribute and shall contribute to the capital of the Partnership on the date of his admission to the Partnership the cash amount set forth opposite his name on Schedule A attached hereto.
