LIMITED PARTNERS; ADDITIONAL LIMITED PARTNERS. (a) The Limited Partners shall be those Persons identified as Limited Partners on Exhibit A attached hereto, as amended from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and such Persons are hereby admitted to the Partnership as Limited Partners.
