Limited Publicity and Disclosure. 1. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement and the terms thereof are, once executed, a public record. The Parties agree that they shall not voluntarily publicize this Agreement or the terms thereof. The Parties further agree that to the extent they are asked to comment on the Agreement or its terms by any media outlet (whether print, television, radio, or Internet-based source), they will state in substance only that the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of both Parties.
