(4) Liens on property of a Person existing at the time it becomes a Subsidiary or at the time it is merged into or consolidated with the Company or a Subsidiary; provided that such Liens were in existence prior to the contemplation of such merger, consolidation or acquisition and do not extend to any assets of the Company or its Restricted Subsidiaries other than those of the Person merged into or consolidated with the Company or that becomes a Restricted Subsidiary of the Company;
