Limited Registration Clause Samples

Limited Registration. This puppy can be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion animal. Registration for this puppy is therefore LIMITED registration as defined by the American Kennel Club. As such, the puppy/dog is not eligible for exhibiting in Conformation, but may compete in other performance events, such as Agility, Obedience, and Rally. The puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if pups are produced, such offspring will not be eligible for AKC registration.

Limited Registration. The puppy/dog is an Australian Labradoodle with WALA and is being sold with limited WALA registration as a companion pet only.. [▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide Buyer with all WALA registration papers and pedigree upon completion of Spay/Neuter.] The puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if pups are produced, such offspring will not be eligible for WALA registration.

Limited Registration. The puppy/dog is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi registerable/ registered with AKC and is being sold with limited AKC registration. With limited registration, the puppy/dog is not eligible for exhibiting in Conformation (but may compete in other performance events such as Agility, Obedience, etc). With limited registration, the puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if pups are produced, such offspring are not eligible for registration.

Limited Registration. You cannot breed the purchased dog, and under the Breeder’s circumstances, the dog must be spayed/neutered.

The puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if puppies are produced, ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay Breeder for breeding rights in the sum of $5,000.00 US dollars as well as an additional $1,000.00 for any puppy produced. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to never change puppy/dog's registered name unless with Breeders written approval.

Limited Registration. This contract is for Purebred registerable canine through AKC and being sold with Limited AKC registration. This contract does not come with breeding rights and the ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to have the dog spayed/ neutered between 12-24 months of age. Should the dog be bred intentionally or accidentally, the dog will be surrendered back to the Seller with a fee of $1,500 per puppy within 30 days of whelping.
