Limited Registration. This puppy can be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion animal. Registration for this puppy is therefore LIMITED registration as defined by the American Kennel Club. As such, the puppy/dog is not eligible for exhibiting in Conformation, but may compete in other performance events, such as Agility, Obedience, and Rally. The puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if pups are produced, such offspring will not be eligible for AKC registration.

[Breeder agrees to provide Buyer with all [Registry] registration papers.] As such, the puppy/dog is not eligible for exhibiting in Conformation (but may compete in other performance events, such as Agility, Obedience, and Rally). The puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if pups are produced, such offspring will not be eligible for [Registry] registration.
Limited Registration. This Agreement is for a Puppy that will ONLY have “Limited” A.K.C. registration (In other words, NOT “Full” breeding rights registration) and Puppy are ONLY sold as pets. NO breeding is allowed. If dog/Puppy has been bred or used to produce mixed-breed ("designer breed") dogs/Puppy, this purchase Agreement is Null and Void and the dog/Puppy will be returned to Seller at Buyers cost and all legal fees Seller incurred to expedite the return of the dog/Puppy to Seller with be paid immediately to Seller, along with a $10,000 fine/penalty is understood, acknowledged and agreed to by Buyer in the Agreement. Xxxxx agrees this Agreement is non transferable to another party at any time whatsoever without Seller approval in writing (e.g., an agreement signed by both Parties), which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed by Seller, and Xxxxx takes full responsibility to Seller for the return of the Puppy to Seller if said transfer has been found to have occurred without Seller’s written approval.
Limited Registration. This contract is for Purebred registerable canine through AKC and being sold with Limited AKC registration. This contract does not come with breeding rights and the Xxxxx agrees to have the dog spayed/ neutered between 12-24 months of age. Should the dog be bred intentionally or accidentally, the dog will be surrendered back to the Seller with a fee of $1,500 per puppy within 30 days of whelping.
Limited Registration. The Registry may require you to renew your registration from time to time. You will be notified in writing sixty (60) calendar days prior to the Annual Registrant Renewal date to renew your registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that your information with the Registry is current so that the information on renewal is received.
Limited Registration. The Buyer agrees that this puppy will not be used for breeding purposes, and will spay/neuter the puppy when it reaches the appropriate age to have the procedure done.
