Breeding Rights. Breeder shall possess exclusive breeding rights to Dog during the lifetime of Dog. Breeder shall be entitled to utilize Dog for each heat cycle. Breeder shall give Pet Sitter forty-eight (48) hour notice of the date and time when Breeder will pick Dog up from Pet Sitter for breeding purposes. Breeder shall return Dog to Pet Sitter within seven (7) to nine (9) days after acquiring possession from Pet Sitter unless agreed to by both parties in writing to extend the number of days.
Breeding Rights. Breeding rights are the rights you can possess to breed a dog. Breeding rights are a tool used by dog breeders to control the development of their bloodline when a dog is sold to a third-party. A dog can be sold on limited or full registration at the choice of the Breeder, which is defined below.

Social Media Clause: All questions/concerns must be addressed privately through phone/text/email only. All disputes must be left all social media until an agreement has been made by both parties. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee of $500. Health This dog is sold in good health with all vaccinations current. If a veterinarian issues a written statement stating that the dog is not in good health, the dog may be returned to the Seller within 48 hours of the time of receipt and the Seller will replace the dog with another of approximately the same quality and sex as soon as one becomes available. This puppy is guaranteed for two full years for life-threatening congenital defects. If there is found to be one of these defects the puppy must be returned before a replacement can be made. Buyer must give statement from vet stating the defect.
