Breeding Rights. Breeding rights are the rights you can possess to breed a dog. Breeding rights are a tool used by dog breeders to control the development of their bloodline when a dog is sold to a third-party. A dog can be sold on limited or full registration at the choice of the Breeder, which is defined below.

Breeding Rights. This puppy is being sold on a limited registration. This puppy must be spayed/neutered and verification must be provided to the seller. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of $5,000 with all court costs being paid for by the buyer. The Buyer certifies that he/she is buying this dog for him/herself, to keep, nurture and cherish for the entire lifetime of the dog, and is not acting as an agent for another party. The Buyer agrees to take good and reasonable care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly, and promptly to give or secure the best of attention to the dog's physical welfare. No guarantees of any type are offered or implied by this contract except those that are specifically so stated. No money will be refunded in whole or in part. Social Media Clause: All questions/concerns must be addressed privately through phone/text/email only. All disputes must be left all social media until an agreement has been made by both parties. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee of $500. Health This dog is sold in good health with all vaccinations current. If a veterinarian issues a written statement stating that the dog is not in good health, the dog may be returned to the Seller within 48 hours of the time of receipt and the Seller will replace the dog with another of approximately the same quality and sex as soon as one becomes available. This puppy is guaranteed for two full years for life-threatening congenital defects. If there is found to be one of these defects the puppy must be returned before a replacement can be made. Buyer must give statement from vet stating the defect.

Breeding Rights. All of Hillsview Farm Goldendoodle puppies are sold on a strict NON-BREEDING agreement.

Breeding Rights. I: If breeding rights are purchased the Buyer shall create a plan to insure that each puppy the dog produces will be placed in a loving, caring home and that under no circumstance shall any puppies produced by the Buyer’s dog, end up in a pet shop, animal shelter, humane society, rescue group, research laboratory, or similar facility.

If we do not start utilizing testing, the breed that we love will meet its demise sooner rather than later.

Breeding Rights. If puppy is sold without breeding rights (see above in Price), seller may not breed puppy under any circumstances or conditions – whether intentional or unintentional (ac- cidental), at any age.
